BEING IN CONTROL

defines what yoga is all about.
Being in control.
Of your breath, your mind, your body.
You can't control what's out there on the outside.
But you can control whats on the inside.
Each descision, each movement,
each thought. Control.
Stop rushing through life, through
breathes, through movements.
Feel it, enjoy it, soak it in.. not
just a tiny bit.. but a 100%!
And don't ever forget to lift those
corners of your mouth UP while doing it!
